Provisioning
Interventions for the construction of FTTC, FTTH and SHDSL lines. Installation of the equipment required by the main customers on behalf of the major operators on the national territory in the construction and maintenance of telephone systems. Telephone contacts with the end customer for the definition of the timing and methods of the necessary intervention. Daily planning and coordination of the technicians' activities, preparation of the material and documentation necessary for the correct execution of the planned interventions. Technical assistance and logistic support to technicians in the field. Closing files by forwarding by e-mail or uploading to the various customer portals. Warehouse management. Inspections and projects.
Program management is an important function in operational management. It actively collaborates with project managers and is responsible for the overall planning and control of one or more projects. Our program managers are able to ensure the correct alignment between business expectations and technical implementation requirements. They monitor the progress of the entire project. They collaborate with the managers of the project strands in the preparation and presentation of the work progress status. They preside over the meetings with the managers of the project streams and decide the actions to be taken. They also carry out other activities such as: centralized management of project documentation, preparation of meetings and presentations to communicate the results to the steering committee, preparation and planning of estimates for the subsequent project phases.
First line maintenance
The first line maintenance service proposed by Blue Comm includes accurate routine support, the replacement and supply of materials such as router and switch cards, cables, devices and the resolution of minor problems. It also provides for the fast shipment of equipment and technicians in the field for troubleshooting. Sending knowledgeable technicians to understand the specialist needs of each client. Centralized support with call dispatcher and dedicated telephone lines.
Provisioning
The concept of network provisioning refers to the provision of services to the customer's network elements, be it voice or data. Given the existence of equipment of a specific technology, the function depends on planning and design. Provisioning configures all necessary systems and gives users access to data and technology resources - a process that controls access rights and privileges for resource security and user privacy. In addition, it ensures compliance and minimizes the vulnerability of systems to attempts at penetration and abuse. Blue Comm ensures telecommunication operators with quality in network monitoring, fault & claim management, network planning, and also full autonomy in troubleshooting activities, operating through the main platforms made available.
